Carlson Engineering has supported Lennar’s Watermark development in Lino Lakes, MN from concept through construction with ongoing surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services.
One of the largest Lennar constructions in Minnesota.
Watermark is a residential development located in the northwest quadrant of Main Street and Highway 35E in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
From taking the existing cornfields and developing them into neighborhood communities, Carlson Engineering has been there every step of the way. We are continuously providing surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for this project. We developed the conceptual designs, engineered sewer and water utilities, are conducting construction staking, including staking the roads, utilities, and houses, and preparing foundations and grading as-builts for city approval.
