The Meadows at Spring Creek community is a 51-acre housing development with 151 single-family homes just southwest of the Twin Cities off of Hwy 212 and County Road 11.
Since its beginnings in 2017, Carlson McCain, Inc. has provided the following services:
- Developed conceptual drawings/plans and designed Preliminary Plat, Including site grading, utilities, streets, and stormwater management.
- Surveying services; including Boundary and Topographic survey, Tree Survey, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
- Prepared Final Plat for approval and engineered trail designs for the development.
