Riverstone Residential Community
Carlson Engineering has supported Riverstone in Ramsey, MN since 2017 with full-scope surveying, planning, and civil engineering for each new addition.
Riverstone is a residential community located in Ramsey, MN off of Highway 10/169. Carlson Engineering has been a consultant for this project since 2017. With each new addition to this residential community, we have been and will continue to administer the construction staking of all houses, roads, utilities, buildings and parks.
Professional services for this development included:
- Surveying services, including Boundary and Topographic survey, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
- Planning and developing conceptual site plans.
- Preparing preliminary plats.
- Preparing preliminary sanitary sewer, grading, erosion control, and stormwater plans.
- Preparing preliminary landscape plans, including landscape site designs, plant/material schedules, and color renderings.
- Preparing final plat, final engineering plans, and utility plans for city approval.
- Construction staking for grading, utilities, sidewalks, curbs, and roads.
- Preparing grading and utility as-builts for city approval.
- House staking for home builders.
